Suggestions to Parents

  • Please check the hair, nails, uniforms and punctuality of your ward in the morning.

  • It is always advisable to write to the school about the problems of your child. Your letters will be replied to, after discussion with the concerned teachers.

  • Check your child’s diary daily. Do sign the remarks, if any, and take necessary action.

  • If you observed that your child is not assigned home work for some time or is unable to follow the lesson, office or the principal should be personally contacted.

  • See that your child carries books/ exercise books according to the time table for that day. No extra books are allowed.

  • Encourage your child to take balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.

  • If your child is absent from school, make sure to submit a leave application in order to make up all the works and assessment/ test missed by him/her.

  • Giving presents or gifts to staff or others, demonstration of gratitude or goodwill in their honour is not allowed except with the prior permission from principal.

  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. They should take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.

  • Do not send your child with any eatables except lunch box. Do not pack junk food in the lunch box.

  • Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend tests/classes.

  • Parents are requested not to enter classroom to see their children or teachers during school hours without prior permission of the Principal.

  • No student shall indulge in any of the following practices:

  • Celebrating Birthdays, Making Party, Rowdiness and Rude Behaviour, Riding on Vehicle in the Games Field, Bursting of Crackers, and Playing holi in the School Campus, Spoiling Gardens, Lawn, Flowers and Plants etc. They should also not use foul language & misbehave with others while in/ out of the school campus. Student will be punished/expelled from the school if found involved in above mentioned activities.

  • Important messages are communicated, well in advance, through the students or through remarks of class teachers in their diary or SMS. Students will be responsible for any misinterpretation of any rule of keeping the parents in the dark about the remarks given by the authority of the School.
