Admission Application Requirements
Please have the following documents ready before your admission appointment.
Documents Required for All Applicants
1. Admission Application Form
Completed Shahbaaz English Medium School admission application form with accurate details.
2. Birth Certificate
A government-issued birth certificate of the child.
3. Gov't Issued ID-Card
A government-issued ID of the child and at least one parent or guardian.
4. Address Proof
Ration card, Aadhaar card, electricity bill, passport, or any other government-issued document displaying the residential address as filled in the admission application form.
5. Passport Size Photographs
4 to 6 recent passport-size photographs of the student/applicant and parents/guardians.
Academic and Category Documents
1. Transfer Certificate (TC)
Required if your child is transferring from another school. This is generally applicable from Class 1 onwards.
2. Previous Academic Records
Report cards from the last 1 to 2 academic years, if applicable.
3. Category and Income Certificates
Required only if you are claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC or applying for RTE (Right to Education) seats.
Additional Documents for Special Cases
1. Non-Karnataka or Migrating Families
A countersigned or original TC from the previous state is required.
2. Foreign Nationals
A copy of the child's valid international passport and student visa.
