THE STAFFROOM AT SHAHBAAZ
A space that looks after those who look after everyone else.
A school is only as good as its teachers, and the staff room is designed to reflect that value. It is a large, well-ventilated space intended for comfort, productivity, and the quiet restoration a teacher needs between lessons. This is where preparation, correction, and collaboration happen, and the room is maintained with the same seriousness as any other space on campus.
The school also maintains long-standing traditions of hospitality: tea is served to the staff every afternoon, with cool buttermilk added to the tray during the summer months. At Shahbaaz, looking after the people who teach is an essential part of the school’s culture.
