The First Page of a Wonderful Story
The quiet corridors of the primary school are quiet no longer. On Monday, 08 June 2026, the youngest members of the Shahbaaz family made their grand entry. For our Nursery school, LKG students, and UKG students, the first day of the academic year 2026-2027 was not about heavy schoolbags or long lectures. It was about cake, cameras, and a lot of excitement.

Balloons, Boards, and Beautiful Weather
The teachers had been hard at work turning the classrooms into welcoming spaces. The blackboards were covered in vibrant chalk drawings, paper balloons, and a message that read: Monday, 08 June 2026, Welcome to Shahbaaz!

Outside, near the landscape garden, a special photo booth board was set out under the open sky. Each child got to strike a pose in front of the “First Day of School” backdrop, capturing a core memory for parents to look back on years from now. The natural morning light cooperated beautifully, making sure every smile was captured perfectly.
A Very Sweet Welcome
The real highlight for the kids happened inside the classroom. A large cake bearing the words Welcome to Shahbaaz was waiting for them. Surrounded by their teachers and the school Principal, the children cut the cake together.
For the first timers of Nursery and many of the new LKG and UKG students, the promise of cake and chocolates at the end of the day was an excellent incentive to forget any morning tears and focus on making new friends.Â
Meanwhile, the returning LKG and UKG veterans knew exactly how Shahbaaz operates, stepping into the classroom with the quiet confidence of people who came specifically for the cake.
Heading Home with Green Goodies
At Shahbaaz, recognized widely as the best primary school in the region, we like to mix tradition with practical action. Before heading home, every child received a sweet treat and a special gift that had been kept aside just for them.
Our Principal, Mrs. Archana Bharti, personally handed out young guava and lemon tree saplings to every single student. The children grabbed their saplings, posed for a few final individual pictures on the ground, and headed home with muddy hands and bright futures.
